Construction division provides a perfect fit to the Group’s Property Division. Since its establishment in 1994, the Construction Division has achieved excellence in building, civil engineering and landscaping works which entitled them to be awarded with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class ‘A’ License and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade G7 License as well as MS ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) Accreditation.
To date, the division managed to record impressive progress having been involved in the construction and completion of major prestigious infrastructure, building and landscaping projects such as the Royal Selangor State Theater, Taman Rimba Alam Putrajaya as well as in the ongoing construction of Penjara Tegar Lembah Klang.
In line with the mission to provide ‘total construction solution’, the Division now has ventured into ‘Industrialized Building System’ (IBS) and leading the way with the patented and CIDB recognized O-Stable Panel system, a unique and proven prefabrication system which reconciled architectural innovations, versatilities and cost effectiveness.
The division is further equipped with a trading arm established for the purpose of maintaining competitive edge as well as ensuring better control in quality and timely delivery of products.
The division is streamlined and organized in an integrated, coherent and focused manner and are fully geared to embrace and conquer the dynamism and realities of construction business environment.
